The sweet word “lemonade” has been stuck in my memory since childhood – it is this name that we associate with a large amount of tinted sparkling water that we see on store shelves.
Although the name of the drink “screams” that it must contain natural lemon juice, today many manufacturers continue to produce lemonades without this seemingly key ingredient, turning a blind eye to the history and traditions of making the drink. Therefore, lemonade today does not look like it did in the 17th century, when it was actually invented. But he nevertheless conveyed his main characteristics to the modern consumer: the drink remained sweet, refreshing, non-alcoholic and carbonated.
